Khosrow Nasr MD, Yale ’58 (Silliman), Columbia Medical School ’62MD, passed away on January 21, 2020, after a long illness. He had residencies at Columbia and University of Chicago. He returned to his native country of Iran where as an educator he became dean of Shiraz Medical School. He introduced many innovations and medical advances while there. He returned to the Sacramento area in 1986 where he provided excellent medical care as a gastroenterologist to the community. He is survived by his wife Shiva and two daughters and many family members, including brother Hooshang Nasr MD ’62 (Silliman) and nephew Mohsen Nasr ’04 (Silliman).
